Annual MeetingsAnnual Meetings will now be held in December. The exact date will be determined by the Board and sent to each Owner in a timely notice, which will include the place date and time along with a proxie form.
Dumpster RulesIt is against COA Rules to place unused furniture, junk or any other refuse near the dumpsters. It is costly to have additional materials picked up which is reflected in your assessments. Please contact one of the charitable organizations (i.e. ARC, Goodwill or Salvation Army) that will recycle your unused items.
Board MeetingsBoard Meetings are held every 2nd Thursday of the month at 6:00pm in the BSR Communities Conference Room unless change is noted in the Calendar tab. If you are interested in attending, please contact BSR Communities at 471-1703 so we can add your visit to the agenda.
Fire Pit and Charcoal Grill RestrictionsBy mandate of the Colorado Springs Fire Department, and Belleville Association Insurance broker, CB Insurance, all Fire Pits and Charcoal Grills are prohibited on the Belleville Grounds.
Home SafetySafety for your home is YOUR responsibility. New LED light bulbs have been installed in all Belleville front and back porch light fixtures. Since they are inexpensive to have on, the Board recommends leaving them on and replacing them with LED bulbs when they expire.
Parking & pertinent violations Each unit has only 2 parking areas - the garage and one near the unit. NO parking in front of garages & NO vehicle maintenance is permitted in parking areas. More than 2 vehicles should use on street parking. Owners are responsible for tenant violations of these rules.
